Delete Your Account

We respect your privacy. You can request the deletion of your MyPronto account and all personal data associated with it.

Steps to Delete Your Account

  • Send an email to supports@prontobroadband.com.

  • Include the following information in your email:

    • Email address associated with your myPronto account

    • Client ID (provided when you subscribed to our FTTH service)

  • Our team will verify your information and confirm your request.

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Email address and client ID

  • Password

  • Service usage data associated with your account

Retention Period

Your account and associated data will be deleted within 7 business days of verifying your request.
