Steps to Delete Your Account
Send an email to supports@prontobroadband.com.
Include the following information in your email:
Email address associated with your myPronto account
Client ID (provided when you subscribed to our FTTH service)
Our team will verify your information and confirm your request.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Email address and client ID
Password
Service usage data associated with your account
Retention Period
Your account and associated data will be deleted within 7 business days of verifying your request.
